ANTONIO’S PINOT NOIR: A Pinot Noir with a darker colour, vibrant dark cherry fruits, some briar notes and a hint of cedar and pine forest notes.
The palate sets this wine apart from most, it is full fruit flavour, it has richness, tannin drive but it is well integrated into a soft silky texture. The palate is mature and will drink well lighter meats.
ANTONIO’S PRESERVATIVE FREE SHIRAZ: A wonderfully rich and luscious bursting full of blackberry and dark fruits complimented with cinnamon, spice and a hint of dark chocolate.
Medium bodied with generous length on the palate this is a smart wine for money. Easy drinking and the perfect accompaniment to sticky spare ribs or duck l’orange.
