Wine is the foundation of culture.
Growing up in a vineyard on the River Murray to Italian migrant parents instilled a deep passion for produce and for that which can be crafted.
My early winemaking passion was borne working beside my father in the Roccastel vineyard. Hard work and sweat allowed me to earn my Bachelor of Oenology at University of Adelaide with Distinction. Keen to learn from the renowned winemakers from landmark international wine regions I travelled to complete vintages in Chablis, Moselle Valley, Tuscany, Chianti and Tokaji.
